Flying PAL on our way home, I was looking forward to my in-flight meal. I was quite hungry already, since we didn’t have a full meal at the airport.
Fish or Pork?

This time I got the Pinoy inspired dish for fish. Unfortunately I forgot what it was called. It was regular cream dory, with a light sauce. Flavors were still better than microwaved convenience store food, but again, not to be compared to actual restaurant food. Mini cheesy ensaymada, salad, and fruits for snack / dessert. Drinks were again apple juice and water. For some weird reason, I correlated flights with apple juice in the very few times I flew internationally on a non-budget airline. Expect that I will have it whenever available on board.

Minced pork, was it? The best part of my father’s meal was the green tea pastry dessert. Sweet enough to be a dessert, but not too much. And just the right earthiness from the matcha. Added surprise for the azuki filling. There were also fruits and salad along with the meal.
This is the last food entry for this trip. Hoping for more food tripping and traveling soon!
