A few weeks ago I got a chance to sample this sundae cone from Sundays by Merry Moo at Podium Corner Market together with other foodies.

Choose your 3 ice cream scoops from a variety classic and uncommon flavors. And also, choose your waffle cone flavor.

Mine was composed of scoops of Almond Lychee, Black Sesame Oreo, and Matcha over an Ube waffle cone.

Mine was composed of scoops of Almond Lychee, Black Sesame Oreo, and Matcha over an Ube waffle cone. I liked the clean refreshing taste of Almond Lychee. The matcha was just the right earthiness. Oreo chunks gave sweetness to the roasted black sesame. The ube taste isn't very noticeable on the waffle cone but it looks great on photos. For those who love Avocado, their avocado ice cream is a must try. Cheesy mamon ice cream and the Polvoron soft serve ice cream were also crowd favorites. #thegastronomersdiary
