Plan successful! Though we didn’t exactly capture the yellow orange skies for sunrise, but we were just in time for some golden sun shots.

That was a good 20-30 minute walk to Tacloban Astrodome. Playground for kids, jogging path for the fitness enthusiasts, lots of green spaces to run about or have a picnic, and a sea view and sea breeze for everyone enjoying a stroll. We climbed up a net ladder and sat there for a while. We rode a jeep/multicab back to their place.

But before that, we passed by a church that just finished celebrating mass. Next stop is downtown Tacloban, after having breakfast.
