Shirataki pasta Mentaiko Cream Sauce

Intriguing shirataki noodles made of konjac was used as noodles/pasta. This was described to be good for those in a diet – low carb and low fat. Even if the noodles itself didn’t have flavor on its own, this gave way for better appreciation of the mentaiko cream sauce made of pollack roe. Overall flavor was simple and not overpowering. The ‘pasta’ was quite fun to eat because of its jelly like consistency. The hint of pink against the clear noodles look nice in photos.
Gyudon Set

Mix the raw egg on your own upon receiving the freshly cooked bowl of gyudon over Japanese rice. Miso soup is included in this set.
Katsu Sando

Lean pork cutlets brushed with tonkatsu sauce, chopped cabbage, in between two sliced breads without crust. Generous serving of sweet potato chips on the side. For your pork cutlet fix on-the-go.
Chicken Miso Cream Dip

One of my favorites. The dip was made of mashed sweet potato base, topped with a cream sauce, pieces of miso chicken, and some mushrooms. If you’re into the sweeter version of mashed potatoes, this one is for you. The saltiness from the cheesy cream balances out the flavors along with earthiness from shiitake mushroom pieces.

Not sure if this is still in the updated menu. I can only see the pasta version of the miso cream sauce.
