A food hall that focuses on the type of food sold, not the brand name – The Grid at Rockwell labels their stalls with numbers and a description on what they are selling. The store name is also there but in a smaller font. Bun Appetit at Stall #11 sells mainly seafood filled buns/toasts and a few others.

The Food:

Lobster Roll
Overflowing lobster meat sandwiched between brioche buns. I started looking for local stores selling lobster rolls after the one I had in Singapore a few months back. Finally satisfied my craving. The lobster meat is indeed better than those I have tried in some hotel buffets which all had tougher meat without any hint of natural sweetness. I prefer my lobster roll to have more sauce. This was a bit dry for my taste. Maybe they are just highlighting the texture of the lobster? Or maybe I’m just comparing this to my lobster roll experience at Changi (costs twice the amount, but would definitely buy again) with a separate container for lemon butter sauce for extra dripping on that lobster roll.
Garlic Noodles
Hint of sweetness and garlicky goodness, the garlic noodles was delicious. Maybe add a little spice for those who want a chili-garlic taste. Though I think the flavor is similar to a noodle I have tasted before which costs a bit less.
Clam chowder

Every time we see clam chowder on the menu, we try it out. Years ago, we bought an imported canned clam chowder and it was sumptuous. Creamy, but you still taste the clams. Just didn’t get the brand since I was quite young back then and I didn’t note those kinds of things.
This one was good with the seafood taste and consistency. But still on the search for a creamier chowder, with distinct clam flavor. Haven’t found one yet with both in the recent years.
Quite Intrigued by the Crab Roll with Aoili. Might try this one when I go explore other stall in The Grid. Prices are a bit steep in this stall. I guess you pay for what you eat 😀
