Taiwanese Sausage

Sweet-savory-garlicky sausages with garlic slices wedged in between the sausage cuts! Not exactly a fan of fatty sausages, the ones where you can actually bite a squishy chunk of fat. Though this one is better than the others I have tried because of the flavor. I didn’t mind taking a bite or two of the fatty portions.

Claypot Rice

Shitake mushrooms, Taiwanese style sausage, and chicken atop soft rice. Good enough for two I think. I just like the earthy taste of the mushrooms. The sausages here had sauce glazed over it so it tasted kind of different form the one on sticks. Sharing the sauce was chicken pieces for a complete meal.
